Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has bulked up its Harrisburg, Pa., office for the start of the year with the addition of a three-attorney government relations and public finance group led by David Sweet of Pepper Hamilton. Buchanan Ingersoll Chief Executive Officer Thomas L. VanKirk said that since the firm's merger with Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling in July, he has had a number of people throughout the state express interest in joining the firm.

Sweet and Donna Kreiser joined the firm as shareholders and Eloise Frazier has joined as counsel. All three attorneys come from the Harrisburg office of Pepper Hamilton and will serve in the firm’s state government relations practice.
