The Florida Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Seminole County Judge John Sloop, 57, was unfit to remain on the bench. The justices said the jailing and strip searching of 11 people capped a series of complaints of intemperate conduct against Sloop, who later told Chief Judge James Perry he couldn't understand what the "big deal" was.
