A man who was on a pedestrian bridge that collapsed more than six years ago at Lowe’s Motor Speedway failed to disclose previous injuries and isn’t entitled to sue, the North Carolina Court of Appeals has ruled.

Walter E. Sudderth was among more than 100 people who were injured, some seriously, on May 20, 2000, when an 80-foot section of the walkway fell 25 feet onto a highway in Concord, N.C..
