A man who was on a pedestrian bridge that collapsed more than six years ago at a motor speedway failed to disclose previous injuries and isn't entitled to sue, a North Carolina court has ruled. Investigators said the builder used an improper additive in the concrete, leading to the collapse. Upholding dismissal of the case, the court faulted the plaintiff for not disclosing injuries from a mining accident and discounted his argument "that he simply 'forgot' about his prior injuries and treatments."
