It's hard to support generalizations," attorney Phil Beck says. In the latest case, it came out at trial that the 64-year-old plaintiff stopped taking the drug four days before the heart attack, and hospital film revealed the blockage in the plaintiff's artery was almost all plaque, rather than a large blood clot.
