Two lawyers have spent some time behind bars in other states recently, placing them on the list of those attorneys who are temporarily suspended from practicing law in Pennsylvania. Solo Richard Doty is serving a 15-month sentence for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and to engage in unlawful monetary transactions. And former Greenberg Traurig partner Robert Grossman has been released from jail and was disbarred from practicing in New York for making false statements in regard to his bankruptcy hearing.

Solo practitioner Richard K. Doty is currently in Fort Dix, N.J., Federal Correctional Institution with an expected release date of March 2007.
