Two Philadelphia lawyers have spent some time behind bars in other states recently, placing them on the list of those attorneys who are temporarily suspended from practicing law in Pennsylvania.
Solo practitioner Richard K. Doty is currently in Fort Dix, N.J., Federal Correctional Institution with an expected release date of March 2007.
