A minor fender-bender victim described by her attorneys as a “classic eggshell plaintiff” has settled with the other driver involved in her accident for $2.25 million.

According to court papers in Smith v. Ehrlich, Cheryl Smith, a 44-year-old single mother who presently works as a legal secretary, was struck from behind by Alexander Ehrlich while stopped at a red light at the intersection of Wissahickon Avenue and Manheim Street in lower Northwest Philadelphia.
