Nestl�’s attempt to recover the more than $6 million that a Pennsylvania employee allegedly embezzled from the company has hit a roadblock in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court.
The U.S. branch of the food-and-beverage giant had filed suit against the two banks supposedly used by the employee and his alleged accomplice in carrying out the scheme.
