Two Philadelphia firms, one looking for younger leadership and the other for strategic planners, have been making some changes in their management in the last few weeks.

Cozen O’Connor announced the completion of the first phase of a three-phase plan that calls for some of the firm’s veteran leaders to make way for a younger generation. At the completion of all three phases, possibly at the end of 2006, firm president and Chief Executive Officer Patrick J. O’Connor could step down as president.
