Former Whitewater special prosecutor Kenneth Starr will represent an Alaska school board in appealing a ruling that favored a high school student who displayed a "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" banner during an Olympic torch relay. A federal judge ruled in favor of school officials, who had suspended the boy for 10 days, but the 9th Circuit overturned that decision. Starr, who is dean at Pepperdine Law School, has agreed to take the case for free. The school board hopes the case will go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
