Blank Rome managing partner and Chief Executive Officer Fred Blume will be stepping down from those leadership positions by the end of June.
“While I knew that my term expired at the end of ’08, I knew that law firm leadership these days is younger,” Blume said, adding that people in their 40s or 50s are where leadership candidates can be found.
