A judge has ruled in favor of a university that sued a prominent researcher after he tried to take a vast collection of lab specimens with him when he moved to another institution. U.S. District Judge Stephen Limbaugh ruled that Washington University is the "true and rightful owner" of the blood, tissue and DNA samples that have been collected since the late 1980s by Dr. William Catalona and his colleagues at the St. Louis school.
