Lockheed Martin Corp. is suing three former managers and the competitor who now employs them for allegedly conspiring to steal trade secrets involving a $1 billion simulation training contract.

The Bethesda, Md.-based company alleges that Kevin Speed, Steve Fleming and Patrick St. Romain diverted critical financial and technical data to L-3 Communications Corp. while temporarily working for a former Lockheed subcontractor. Mediatech, the contractor, is also named in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Orlando.
