Delphi Corp. on Friday, March 31, filed its much-anticipated request to terminate its labor contracts, part of a sweeping reorganization plan that places added pressure on troubled automaker General Motors Corp.
Delphi also outlined its plan to emerge from Chapter 11 protection during the first half of 2007.
