Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has announced plans to open a Beijing office as it boosts its Asian presence with two lateral recruits.
One recruit, former Shearman & Sterling capital markets partner Leiming Chen, is joining Simpson Thacher’s 15-lawyer Hong Kong office.
