United Auto Workers leaders have warned their members that they expect bankrupt Delphi Corp. to ask court permission today to void its labor contracts.
Union vice president Richard Shoemaker said in a memo to Delphi local union presidents that several elected officials have told him that Delphi CEO Steve Miller has advised them he intended to file the motion.
