Sun's general counsel, Mike Dillon, recently spoke with Law.com about the legal department's role in those acquisitions and related legal issues for tech companies. In contrast to most in-house legal departments, many of Sun's 170 lawyers work remotely -- as was Dillon on the day of the interview.
