What Fernandez does not have, according a to recent decision, is a license to practice law in the state. Those facts came to light during a malpractice suit by a pair of former clients. A judge has ruled that Fernandez must repay the ex-clients at least $500 a week until the judgment is satisfied -- a rate that will take slightly more than 122 years to pay off.
