Flanagan, who spent eight years at Wilson, said he was attracted to WilmerHale's global platform and the firm's strong IP litigation and white-collar practice. Prior to Wilson, Shulman ran his own firm, Slenkovich & Flanagan, and worked as a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles.
