An employer may terminate employees for storing firearms in their vehicles parked at the workplace in Oklahoma, the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals held on Feb. 13. Bastible v. Weyerhaeuser Co., No. 05-7037.

Some employees of Weyerhaeuser Co. and its contractors at an Oklahoma mill were terminated after firearms were found in their vehicles parked in the employee lot, in violation of published Weyerhaeuser policies.
