Elacqua said he and six others — Palo Alto, Calif., partners Craig Allison, Noemi Espinosa, Andrew Thomases; Palo Alto associate Jonathan Baker; Austin partner Bryan Farney; and Washington, D.C., partner Stephen Rosenman — tendered their resignations to firm managers on Wednesday morning.
