Roughly four years after a task force was created to help foster a plan for increased pro bono involvement on the part of the local legal community, the Philadelphia Bar Association is still grappling with that issue.
Data collected by the bar indicate that Philadelphia lawyers are still falling short of national standards when it comes to pro bono, and association leaders are debating what the organization can do about it.
