The U.S. tech booms of yesteryear may have found another act — in China.

And Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, with its deep Silicon Valley roots, has taken note. The storied law firm for countless technology companies made the decision recently to put an office in Shanghai’s tech region because of the growing demand there for its services. In a notable coup, Wilson Sonsini lured back China expert Carmen Chang for the creation of its new office.
