Fox Rothschild has added white-collar defense to its list of practice groups with the addition of its newest partner, Patrick J. Egan.

Egan, who joined the firm last month, will offer Philadelphia-based Fox Rothschild the opportunity to handle white-collar work in-house, something it previously was forced to refer out, Philadelphia office managing partner Scott Vernick said.
