Miami-based Adorno & Yoss has agreed to merge with Fitzhugh, Parker & Alvaro of Boston, in a deal that brings together two minority-owned firms.

The two firms will do business in the New England area as Adorno, Yoss, Fitzhugh, Parker & Alvaro and will number 273 attorneys when the transaction is completed.
