Polsinelli Shalton has expanded by 60 percent in the past two years, prompting The National Law Journal in 2004 to dub it the second-fastest-growing law firm. Polsinelli Shalton has more than 240 attorneys in five states.

Polsinelli Shalton Welte Suelthaus has acquired Chicago law firm Nasharr & Shea, becoming the only Kansas City, Mo.-based firm to operate an office in Chicago.
Nasharr & Shea founding partners Anthony J. Nasharr and Brian C. Shea, along with four other lawyers from Nasharr & Shea, will join Polsinelli Shalton’s Chicago office, with more additions planned in the next year.
