Facing an increase in his family law practice and having to refer out work, the Law Office of Richard C. Klein has merged with the Moorestown, N.J., office of Spector Gadon & Rosen. "I want to offer my clients the ancillary services that come with complex divorce situations, custody situations," Klein says. "When you specialize, you can't really do that and do it well." Meanwhile, Spector Gadon has been building up its head count and practice areas, including bankruptcy and intellectual property.
