Jones Day has added two former Coudert Brothers attorneys to the firm’s corporate practice in Los Angeles: John St. Clair as a partner and Paul Lin as of counsel.
The additions will help the 130-lawyer Los Angeles office build its global transaction practice, said Frederick “Rick” McKnight, the partner in charge of the office.
