British firm Linklaters, in a bid to build up its New York office, has landed Cravath, Swaine & Moore attorney Adele Hogan.

At New York-based Cravath, Hogan handled a broad capital markets practice and advised issuers and underwriters on debt and equity offerings in financial, telecommunications, oil and gas, and health care industries. She also counsels on transactional and regulatory issues to clients in capital markets.
