In a bid to build up its New York office, British firm Linklaters has lured away Cravath, Swaine & Moore attorney Adele Hogan. At New York-based Cravath, Hogan handled a broad capital markets practice and advised issuers and underwriters on debt and equity offerings in financial, telecommunications, oil and gas, and health care industries. Hogan's move to Linklaters will further strengthen the firm's securities law capabilities in the U.S. market, according to the U.S. managing partner for Linklaters.
