Intellectual property litigators Stephen R. Risley and J. Scott Culpepper have left IP boutique Thomas, Kayden, Horstemeyer & Risley for the Atlanta office of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi. Both join as partners.

Risley said the two saw more opportunities at Robins Kaplan because of its focus on litigation and its national platform. Forty percent of Robins Kaplan’s 250 lawyers are IP litigators.
