Most business-to-business lawsuits used to be handled by full-service or defense-oriented firms with strong ties to business. But the taboo against hiring a plaintiffs lawyer has subsided, mainly due to rising legal fees, which have prompted companies to seek less pricey options, and tort reform, which has forced plaintiffs attorneys to be more creative with their services.
