A New York judge who reversed a jury's verdict for the defendant in an employment discrimination case has himself been reversed by the Appellate Division, 3rd Department. Supreme Court Justice Robert P. Best had set aside the verdict as against the weight of the evidence, but the 3rd Department found that the court should have accepted the jury's determination that the defendant was not guilty of discrimination.
