The Watertown, N.Y.-based company that makes the well-known scented pine trees for the inside of cars has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court to stop the use of the trees on Christmas greeting cards. The suit against Urban Outfitters Inc. of Philadelphia and Corndog Cards & Novelties of Austin, Texas, claims federal trademark infringement, false design and unfair competition.
