The Delhi High Court granted bail Tuesday to Avnish Bajaj, CEO of Baazee.com -- India's most popular shopping portal, now owned by eBay. Bajaj was arrested after the sale of images showing high school students engaged in oral sex. Police say he violated India's Information Technology Act, which makes a criminal offense of "publishing, transmitting, or causing to publish any information in electronic form, which is obscene."
