Chalk up another significant victory for the team of lawyers at Sprague& Sprague who represent Voicenet Communications Inc., an Internetcompany targeted by Bucks County prosecutors in a child pornographyinvestigation, now that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has orderedhearings on whether it was ever proper to take the case before a countygrand jury.

In a two-page per curiam order in In re Bucks County Investigating Grand Jury, the justices voted 4-3 to order that Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Kenneth G. Biehn must conduct hearings on Voicenet’s motion to quash the grand jury investigation.
