At many a law school's appellate clinic, students study Supreme Court cases. If they're lucky, they get to work on cases in specific areas. At the Stanford Law School Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, young lawyers and summer associates do nothing but work on a variety of pro bono Supreme Court cases. After a few months of operation, it already boasts a successful track record. "There is nothing remotely like it anywhere else," the clinic's founder says.
