Former Jenkens & Gilchrist associate Kandice Bridges filed a discrimination suit against the firm, alleging she was "constructively discharged" because of her pregnancy. Bridges' lawyer, Rhonda Cates, says her client "was well aware of the demands of working for a big law firm" -- the issue, she says, was Bridges' being singled out for worse treatment.
