Three former lawyers at the center of last year's hullabaloo over California's unfair competition law may be headed for more trouble because they reportedly have not shown up to court to defend two potentially expensive civil cases. The Trevor Law Group came under fire from the State Bar, AG and Legislature because it sued hundreds of small businesses for minor regulatory infractions using the unfair competition statute.
