The FTC charged four companies with using the Internet "to resurrect one of the oldest scams around" -- a massive pyramid scheme in which consumers around the globe lost about $175 million. SkyBiz.com and three companies promoted a work-at-home business that falsely claimed consumers would earn large incomes and failed to mention that most people in such schemes lose money, according to the FTC.
