A class action complaint filed in a Georgia federal court against Wal-Mart is the latest in a national campaign to make employee health plans pay for contraceptives. Lisa Smith Mauldin sued the company after she discovered the employee health plan excluded coverage for prescription contraceptives. The class could include all of Wal-Mart's female employees and married male employees whose wives are covered by the plan.
