The US Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released the latest version of its Equal Opportunity Survey to collect data as part of its mission to ensure that federal contractors maintain workplace equal employment opportunity.

The survey is designed to collect general information on the status of federal contractors’ affirmative action plans and aggregated personnel and compensation data, with a breakdown by gender and minority status.
