It took the U.S. District Court nine opinions over 18 months to whittle away at the civil rights lawsuit former Philadelphia Common Pleas Court executive administrator Geoff Gallas filed against the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, heavy-hitting Philadelphia politicians and court administrators until there was nothing left.

It took the 3rd Circuit only a couple of months to rule on Gallas’ appeal.
