Publishing giant McGraw-Hill has filed a federal lawsuit in Pittsburgh against Cahners Business Information and an Internet subsidiary, alleging unfair trade practices and misappropriation of confidential business information.
When the lawsuit was filed, Pennsylvania Western District Judge Robert Cindrich issued a temporary restraining order requiring Cahners and Buildingteam.com to preserve and segregate all evidence.
