Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin alleges he’s has been framed for murder and marked for death because he and his followers were trying to combat drugs, prostitution and organized crime on Metropolitan Parkway, in Atlanta.

For years, the parkway — once known as Stewart Avenue — has been the troubled home of strip clubs and hourly-rate motels.
