More than a year after formally seeking permission to open a joint bona fide office in New Jersey for its members, the Philadelphia Bar Association’s day in court is finally in sight.

New Jersey’s Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments, but their specific topic and scope is still a mystery, according to Allan Gordon, the Philadelphia Bar Association board of governors’ member handling the matter.
