Cooley Godward has snagged an East Coast IP litigator for its Palo Alto office and added two partners to its Reston, Va. office.

Matthew Lehr is leaving Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell, located in Wilmington, Del., for the high-tech pastures of Palo Alto. Lehr said he jumped at the opportunity to work at Cooley: “It is positioned to be one of the top 10 law firms in the next 25 years.”
