The five members of the court are scheduled to sit en banc next Tuesday, April 4, on the Delaware campus, to consider three appeals. This modern edition of judicial circuit riding is not without purpose. It will "help to build trust and confidence in the court system," Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey said.
