In what the Delaware Supreme Court hopes to make an annual event, the justices for the first time will leave their customary courtrooms in Dover and Wilmington to hear oral arguments at the Widener University School of Law.

The five members of the court are scheduled to sit en bancnext Tuesday, April 4, in the new Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom on the Delaware campus, north of Wilmington, to consider three appeals — two from business law cases and one criminal.
