In a move that may quiet critics of private judging and burnish its own image, alternative dispute resolution provider JAMS is sending its mediators back to the public courts.
JAMS has begun a pro bono program in conjunction with the San Francisco Superior Court to provide experienced neutrals to try to settle cases and clear the calendars.
