A gender discrimination suit against Fulton County Superior Court Clerk Juanita Hicks should be thrown out, a federal magistrate judge has declared.
Judge Janet F. King wrote last week that a male calendar clerk claiming he lost out on a 1996 promotion because Hicks favored female applicants had not produced enough evidence to prove it.
