Duane Morris & Heckscher settled a lawsuit filed against it by Chicago's Holleb & Coff that accused the ever-expanding Philadelphia firm of improperly pilfering 11 partners last summer. No terms were released but Holleb & Coff managing partner Allen Lev, who just last fall accused Duane Morris, Bonovitz and the departing partners of orchestrating a calculated plan to "destabilize and destroy" his firm, said his firm managed to hold onto some key clients.
