With a low-key primary and uncontested general election, the perennial concern over money flowing to Supreme Court candidates from parties with cases before the court has been less of an issue this year.

But fewer dollars hasn’t stopped agenda-driven groups from continuing to follow the money. A new Web site sponsored by tort reform groups, www.atrafoundation.org, tracks money from trial lawyers, with a particular focus on the plaintiffs attorneys who won billions in legal fees from the tobacco industry.
